Mr. Javier Valenzuela, Director of Oak International Born in Mexico City, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Anahuac University and a Master’s degree in School Counseling from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. He worked as a High School Catholic Formation teacher at the Cumbres Institute in Mexico in the 1991-1992 school year. He then started working as financial analyst and private banker. After 5 years in the financial sector, he arrived to Oaklawn Academy in Edgerton, Wisconsin in 1998 where he served as principal for almost 17 years. Since August 2015 he has been appointed Executive Director of Oak International Academies. |

Fr. Frank Formolo, L.C. , Territorial Administrator North America Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 1990 he began his studies with the Legionaries of Christ. From 1993-95, he served as Administrator of Dublin Oak Academy and the Novitiate of the Legionaries of Christ in Dublin Ireland. From 1995-96, seved as Administrator of the Community in Washington, DC, and obtained his License in Philosophy in 2000. 2000-03, studied Theololgy from Regina Apostolorum in Rome. Fr. Frank Formolo, LC was ordained a priest in 2003. He worked in Promotion and Chaplaincy at two Legionary schools in Texas from 2003-07, and served as Vice Rector and Administrator of the Community in Dallas and Center of Formation in Thornwood, New York. 2012-16 he served as Superior and Administrator of the Edgerton Legionary Community, and from 2015-16, Vice Rector of the Sacred Heart Apostolic School, Rolling Prairie. He is currently pursuing an Executive Masters Degree in Nonprofit Administration at the University of Notre Dame as well as beginning new role as Territorial Administrator for the Legionaries of Christ in North America. |

Fr. Kevin Meehan, LC, Council Member of Territorial Directorate Was born in Boston. He entered the Novitiate of the Legionaries of Christ in 1981. He holds a licentiate Philosophy at the Pontifical Gregorian University. He was a member of the formation staff in the LC Center for Higher Studies in Rome, worked as dean of students in the Cumbres in Mexico City and at Immaculate Conception Apostolic School in, NH. |

Diego de Robina Rabasa, General Director CEYCA Born in Mexico City, Mexico. His credentials include licensed in Educational Administration from Anahuac University Mexico City, certified in “Fundamentals of Clinical Psychology” Anahuac University and completed Master's program in Clinical Psychology at Anahuac University. In 1980, he consecrated his life to God in the Regnum Christi Movement. His past leadership roles include: Assistant director at Center of formation in Mexico City, Director of ECYD in Mexico City, and Director of Cumbres School in Guadalajara. He participated in the foundation of “Regnum Christi” in London, England in 1990 and the Philippines in 1995. From 1994-98, he served as Director of youth section in Rome, Italy, Director of “Gioventú Missionaria” of Italy, Representative of “Regnum Christi before the Holy Sea, and Assistant to the General Board of the Legion of Christ and the group Regnum Christi for the educational centers. He served as Director of the Cumbres and Alpes schools in Torreon, Mexico, and Director of the youth section of “Regnum Christi” in Valencia, Spain. In 2003-11, he worked as Director of Everest boys school in Santiago Chile, and the Mano Amiga foundation. Member of the Executive Board of Finis Terrae University, Santiago, Chile and member on the executive board of “Generación Empresarial”, Chile. He also has assisted the General Director of the Regnum Christi for the men's consecrated life, and served on the general board. In 2012-15 he served as Director at the Center of Formation of the Regnum Christi in México City. He has given many conferences in different national congresses in México, Venezuela, Colombia, Inglaterra, Filipinas, Italia y Paraguay. He presently serves as General Director CEYCA (elementary, middle and high school). |

Miss Cristy Villasenor, Directress Overbrook Academy Originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, she studied in Alpes Bugambilias school in Guadalajara and at Woodlands Academy, Ireland. In 1998 she consecrated her life to God in the Regnum Christi Movement. She has a degree in Education and Development from Anahuac University in Mexico. She has 18 years of experience working with adolescents, working in schools and missions in Sorocaba, Brazil, Mexico City, El Salvador and Guatemala. Throughout all these years she frequently directed summer camps, volunteers programs, and formation courses, and she dedicated much of her time to personal accompaniment of each of her students. Since 2011 she has lived at Overbrook Academy, Rhode Island. She has served as an instructor of formation and director of the community of consecrated women who carry out their mission in the academy. She has also been the director of the Overbrook summer camp. In 2014 she took on the role of formation director of the academy. During all this time she has worked closely with the director of the academy to ensure that every student receives personalized integral formation. Since July 2016, she is the director of Overbrook Academy. |

Mr. Armando Badillo, Representative Parent Stakeholders Graduate of the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mr. Badillo is currently General Partner at Stella Maris, a venture capital and private equity organization involved in projects in different fields such as Technology, Health, Education, Food services, etc. From 1998 to 2012 Mr. Badillo worked for the Legion and Regnum Christi movement in several capacities; he was Vice President of Boarding services overseeing all Oak International Academies, he was also Vice President of Construction Management. Mr. Badillo was founding partner and CEO of Aula24Horas, a company dedicated to use technology to provide resources and services for the school community: students, parents, teachers and administrators. Member of Oaklawn Academy’s board since 2010. He is also a proud parent of a Dublin Oak alumnus. |

Marco Rivera Originally from Mexico, Mr. Rivera was involved with the Oak Academies since 1993. Until May 2015 he was the Promotion Director of Oak International. He is currently an advisor for Grupo Educativo Londres with a network of high schools as well as undergraduate and graduate programs with several campuses in Mexico City and other states of the country. Graduate of the Business School at Anahuac University, Mexico City where he also completed post-graduate studies in Marketing. Before joining Oak International, he worked for the Legion’s Real Estate and Construction Management Office as General Coordinator in the Mexico Territory. Mr Rivera has also coordinated the promotion of pilgrimages to the Holy Land. Member of Oaklawn Academy’s board since 2010. He is also a proud parent of an Oaklawn alumnus |
